Open the Allocate Departments/Jobs screen.
Allocate or modify the existing Departments/Jobs, then save.
Click the Edit or Delete icon for an assigned record.

Actual Result
When the Edit or Delete icon is clicked, the assigned wages are replaced with incorrect wage values instead of displaying the saved wages.

Expected Result
Clicking the Edit or Delete icon should display the correct assigned wages without modifying or replacing the saved values.
Note: This issue occurs for both Departments and Jobs.
