Fixed in Win/Mac, available in version 03

[Re-open]Extra "Emp Wage" column is displayed in the csv file.

2. working fine as expected in win need to verify in mac.

Mac 32-bit: Extra "Emp Wage" column is displayed with wages in the csv file

Fixed in Win/Mac, available in version 04.

Both Windows and mac working fine as expected in version 4.
