Log in and complete the basic setup in Company Information, Employees, Departments, and Jobs. 
Distribute hours for the Jobs section in the Distributed Hours screen and save
Create a check. Open the Allocate Departments/Jobs screen. Allocate or modify the existing Jobs, then save.
Select the Departments radio button and observe the allocations.

Issue#1: The saved Jobs allocations are replaced and displayed as "None".
Issue#2: The saved Jobs changes are also applied to Departments, which should not occur.

NOTE: Due to the above issue, unable to verify the allocated job scenarios in the distribute&hours report screen
