[1094 and 1095] screen when given "75" characters full length details for employer name does not display full length in the in both 1094 and 1095 Screens in both forms

Issue:2
E-file only "32" characters are being displayed in the request file for employer details

"Print"
3.1. "1095-B" when taking print for the employee the Employer details name field is does not display "75" in the print file
3.2. "1095-C"when taking print for the employee the Employer details name field display "75" in the print file but it is covering the EIN details making it hard to read the Employer EIN

Issue:4
For employer print state of Providence fields haven shifted for both Employer and gov entry and they are overlapping with the other fields

Fixed available in the version 02 build.
