As discussed, employees who do not have a Workmen's Compensation Code (WCC) assigned should not be included in the Income & Deductions report. However, the report is currently displaying employees even when their Workmen's Compensation Code is blank.

Based on the Apply WCC check box in Deductions the complete report is working. Not on the WCC code. For any deduction if that checkbox is checked and such deduction is assigned to employees and checks are created based on that then it will come. Based on the above flow it is working fine.
