[ML,1099 and 1095]-1. The Cancel button is not working in the popup windows on the Print Forms for Recipients and Print Forms for Filing screens. Clicking Cancel does not close the popup as expected.

2. In the Print Forms section, all 1099 print form are not displayed(2-up, 3-up, and 4-up).
