cloud integration-payroll- state taxes reports- IN state issue

I have multiple employees but in those 1 employee doesn't have SSN & hire Date, for 2 employees having SSN & Hire date, the remaining having Only SSN and also checks are created now I am trying the generate SSN here Those who doesn't have hire date for that reason popup was not getting but however who doesn't have hire date for those record was not getting.

expected:- Should popup 2 screens Regarding SSN & hire Date.

As per madam instruction i'm showing both ssn and hireddate one popup.with list of employees of both ssn and hiredate.
