DE State Report:

The Weeks Worked field is currently displaying an incorrect value. The value should be calculated and displayed based on the employee's Pay Frequency.

Expected Calculation:

* Annual / Quarterly / Semi-Annual Pay Frequency → Weeks Worked = 13
* Monthly Pay Frequency → Weeks Worked = 4
* Weekly Pay Frequency → Weeks Worked = 1
* Bi-Weekly Pay Frequency → Weeks Worked = 2
* Daily Pay Frequency → Weeks Worked should be calculated based on the number of checks generated during the quarter. For example, if 11 daily checks are generated in a quarter, the Weeks Worked value should be calculated as 11 ÷ 5 = 2.2 and rounded according to the business rule.

Note: For Daily Pay Frequency, the calculated Weeks Worked value should be rounded appropriately.

Actual Result: The Weeks Worked field is displaying an incorrect value and is not being calculated according to the employee's Pay Frequency.
