[US-Cloud Integration-Payroll-NC-CSV]:- When Out of state is given to employee ,In NC CSV file ,the SOC code (M3) field is Not displaying the given code.

Steps:-
1.first created One employee and assigned NC state.
2.created check for the employee.
3.Generated NC CSV file -showing SOC code.
4.Change the state NC to SC for the same employee.
5.create check and generate CSV file--it is showing as "Blank"

# For SC also, In CSV file for the above scenario -SOC is displaying Blank.
