Even when a valid SSN is entered, the State Taxes screen displays the error message "Invalid Social Security Number."

Expected Result:No validation error should be displayed when a valid SSN is provided.

Actual Result: The system displays an "Invalid Social Security Number" error message entering a valid SSN.

Re-open

The error pop-up is not being displayed. However, when generating the CSV file, only the header record is generated, and the employee detail records are missing.

Impact: We are unable to test the IN State CSV functionality in Windows due to this issue.
