[PR 64-bit Mac-State tax report/DE_state]:- For DE-State FICA values is incorrectly.

I create 3 employees with  one with Medicare and one with SSN Exempt in employee setup. and one regular employee with exempt. In the CSV file Employee with SSN value is not showing.

If Addition Incomes also not working accordingly.

When an employee is exempt from "Social Security or Medicare", FICA needs to show zero, but here wages are showing in the CSV file.

#2. Same in the additional income, when income has been exempt from" S security or Medicare ", that income should not add to the FICA, but here it is adding and shows in the CSV file.

#3."If no wages, then report as 0.00 dollars". in the "FICA Wages" and "Combined Out of State Wages" fields.

It is not an issue. Discussed with the tester and explained about it.
