[PR-64bit-Win] - [State Tax Reports] -

The delete functionality for the Employer ID is not working properly on the State Tax Reports screen for all states.

1. Unable to remove the Employer ID by selecting all digits and pressing Delete/Backspace.
2. Even after selecting and deleting all digits, the last digit remains in the field and cannot be removed.
