[PR 32bit- Win&Mac]-[WA SUTA filing]- all the employees are not getting in csv.

in the WA SUTA report showing 8 employees but in the csv showing only 5 employees.

1.suta = wa state tax table= emempt/none
2.suta = wa state tax table= sc

the above setup employees are not showing.

Fixed, available in version 04

The same issue is occurring in the Windows version as well.

Fixed in both Windows & Mac, available in version 04
