[Transactions][General Journal] - Unselecting "Skip Job" Checkbox Incorrectly Re-displays Skipped Jobs in Ledger Stub.

STEPS:
=> Open GJ Screen, Select the Skip Job Checkobox
=> Create a General Entry and Uncheck the Skip Job Checkbox
=> In Ledger Stub, The jobs which are skipped are appearing again.
