cloud integration - PR- reports- state taxes - NYS e-file popup data getting blank after printing.

I first entered all the data in the NYS E-file popup for the RA and RE records and generated the E-file successfully. Then I moved to the Print File screen and printed the file, which is working fine. After that, when I navigated back to the E-file popup, some fields in the RA and RE records were blank. Additionally, in the RE record, the Withholding Tax Identification Number (WTID) check digit value 19 was showing as 0.

Expected:- the field should be prefilled With old data only
