[Cloud Integration Payroll]-[Reports-Employer Payments]- The Positive Pay pop-up requires the following updates:

1. The pop-up heading should be changed to “Employer Positive Pay.”
2. By default, the “Remove” and “Remove All” buttons should be disabled/ if no selected fields are present.
