[Set UP] - Search Bar Overlap in Budget Amounts & Excess Space in Sales Tax Setup

#Issue 1:-
When the screen is expanded, the “Search here” search bar overlaps with the list in the Budget Amounts screen,

#Issue 2:-
When the screen is expanded, extra empty space appears in the Sales Tax Setup screen. The extra space should either be removed, or the sales tax list box should expand to fill the available area.
