[Reports][General Ledger] - Ledger Summary Report Issues.

#1.In Ledger Summary Report, Overall Total fields should be in Non-Editable format and totals data should visilbe in readable format only and font should be bold format for labels of the totals.

#2.In Ledger Summary Print Report, The Header Names should display in fully. instead of shortcut name and Space should align between Acct Number & Description Date for the COAs.

#3.In Ledger Summary Print Report, Overall Totals should required a short space. To Look the overview of totals. Do not merge with the above leder ac data.

#4.In Ledger Summary CSV File, The CSV file is generating the ledger details report instead of ledger summary report.

   Header Names is displayed fully - Working fine
   Space is aligned for the account & description but here the description is overlapping with opening balance amounts.

As per the comments from PS team and TT we have adjusted the space and truncated the description upto 15 characters.
