Issue #1: Invoice Number Missing in Sales Tax Report
When an invoice is created with basic details (taxes, item, and customer) and saved, the invoice number does not appear in the Sales Tax Report across all available formats.

Issue #2: Tax Amount Decimal Values Not Fully Displayed
When entering a tax amount with more than two decimal places, the full entered value (e.g., 4 digits after the decimal) is not displayed

NOTE: In the customer invoice its showing full details like that. If possible, display in the report. Anyway, the calculation is working fine its not affecting.
