PR-32-mac-Reports-Employee paychecks- Web Direct Deposit - getting 0 if ssn was not available in employee.

If an employee does not have an SSN but is set up for Direct Deposit, and while generating the Web DD text file the ‘Use Employee#’ option is unchecked, the file is showing ‘0’ instead of a blank value.

As in a 32-bit application, when the SSN is not there at that time, we are showing 0, and it's working the same.

need to be as 64 mac. as per discussion working as 32 bit but now you need to fix as per Mac-64 bit, in mac Showing "0"

[Re-open]: The issue still persists in the Production version 26.0.13 as well.

As per PR-64Mac, if an employee does not have an SSN, it should be displayed as blank. The same needs to be updated here as well.

Note: The issue is reflecting in all three formats: View, Text, and PDF file.
