PR-64-win- enter hours- UI issue when no hours are loaded.

In the Company Setup, the hour categories were not loaded. However, when I clicked on ‘Enter Hours’, the popup was populated. After clicking ‘OK’, the employee data was hidden. This appears to be a UI issue.
