[Transactions][Item Purchases] - The modified changes are not updated for the recurring and modify item description item purchases transaction.

STEPS:
=> Create a recurring item purchase transaction and modify the item name by selecting the modify item desc checkbox.
=> Select the transaction and uncheck the both of the checkboxes and save
=> The unchecked checkboxes are not updated for the transaction.

Still, the issue exists. The modified changes are not updated for the recurring and modified item description purchases transaction.

Fixed. But as Modify item description check box is unselected. It need to be reset back to the original item then only it will save. right now it is crashing.

Modified changes are displaying in the item purchase correctly
Before changing the item, the details should be modified to their original details, and then proceed with saving
Working fine as expected in the discussed flow
