#1. Box 12 Code field is not showing in caps if we assign single alphabet and while trying to modify with 2 characters not allowing.

#2. If we select some income and click on cancel, then default enable state should display for calculate method is variable and all the other should be disable but recent selected income fields are showing

Note: Same issue in Deductions screen too.

#1. If we assign single letter its not showing in caps, and also while trying to assign two characters then first letter is showing in caps but second letter is not showing in caps until clicking on the field again

Looks good in Additional Income screen but in Deduction still issue exists
