1. Create an item without saving any details, and create a vendor save
2. Create a PO under the item purchase screen, then open the item report by selecting the inventory selected-date option. The created qty details are saving and showing with negative sign balances in reports, but it should be zero
3. After deleting the item from the setup, it's still showing an alert even though there is no PO assigned to that item.
