[Vendor Report] Found issues in the following

Issue: 1
[1099 summary report] – After changing vendor to the 1099 vendor form vendor setup and generating the 1099 summary report form, the vendor report found that the vendor name is displaying with inactive symbol with vendor code

Issue: 2
While printing the 1099 summary report, address lines were overlapping.

Issue: 3
[1099 summary report] - view The title name is displayed differently, and instead of displaying the yearly details (01/01/2026 to 12/01/26) in the title name, it is only displaying month details (01/01/26 to 01/31/26).

[1099 on preprinted form] vendor code is displaying with the vendor name

[Vendor Report] - [Item Purchase Details] - Item details are displaying the item name first, then the item code (Item-1/1). It should instead display the item code first, then the item name (1\Item-1).
