ISSUE#1: Open the item report screen after selecting items from the list, and the assigned COA still appears in the report in all formats.

ISSUE#2: 
1. Navigate to the search feature
2. Enter a document number, date, or customer/vendor name
3. Execute the search - SEARCH FUNCTIONALITY for the doc# and date, customer/vendor names not highlighting.

Issue#2: working up to the purchase detail, and other options have the same issue
1. Navigate to the search feature
2. Enter a document item name
3. Execute the search - SEARCH FUNCTIONALITY for the names not highlighting.

With document# and vendor/customer search working fine, but with Item name, it's not happening.

Still, an issue exists in the replaced version 03: unable to search for the item name in all INVENTORY-related options mentioned.
