[Item reports- inventory current] - The header is showing incorrectly; it should be "Total cost", and the inventory value is showing incorrectly.

#2. After checking the "Qty only" checkbox, it shows the current inventory value, but it should show as a flat file.

#2: Following the above issue, when selecting the "QTY Only" checkbox by default without creating any transactions, the item setup-related details should only reflect in report formats.
