[1095-C] ACA filling Error Correction screen found issues

Issue:1
"Matching employees not found" "Error message" is not displaying

Issue:2
Even though employee details are not displayed after clicking on the "click here" it is redirecting to the Additional information screen

(Note: When Employees doesn't match ACA correction details should not display)

Issue:3
ACA filling Error Correction screen after upload of the ACK file found that the Unique Id is in the descending order (Migration)
