[Salesforce Payroll -State Tax Values]:-For AR the state tax calculations are showing  incorrect in the below scenarios.

 # 1.Wages =1922, weekly ,Federal -standard WH-S/M -Sep, no allowances and no additional incomes and no deductions.

Expected value = 70.60
Observed value = 69.06
