In Mac-32 is also getting the same issue.

IN US, as per Labor rule daily wage employee can get checks either 22 or 23 but not 31 checks. In our program when we are calculating the value we will annualize the values to check the maximum limit, there we will consider in as per the labor rule. it is contradicting with the data which you have provided. whatever is the excess it is coming that is showing as large fraction of cents. Data is wrong. Rejecting
