[Import Receipients]-after importing the same recipients with the same SSN, the recipient-1 is replaced by recipient-2.

#2. After importing the same recipients with the same SSN, the recipients appear twice in the conflict window.

This functionality is working as in previous years’ applications. We need to discuss whether to modify this existing functionality or not. So, we will pick this up next year. Until then, I am keeping this bug in hold status.
