Summary:	[PR 64-bit win -State Tax Values]:-For AL state, the OT wages are removed since ,so extra hours more 40 need to calculate in state wages only. but it is not happening ,the OT wages are reflecting in W2's.

Verified on 26.0.13 on production the issue still existing
