[SalesForce   Local Taxes] In Fixed Amount Calculation Method, given amounts are not saving in below scenario
steps to reproduce:
1. Select any category Kansas City and change the  Calculation Method to Fixed Amount and enter amounts as 22 and save
2. After saving observe the amounts
