[Salesforce -Company info] - If we clear the data which we entered then the Save and Clear buttons should be in disable mode

Steps:
1. Enter address2 field
2. Now click on clear and observe here both "Save and Clear" showing in enable mode, but both should be in disable mode

FYI: Same issue exists in Local Taxes as well
