[PR 64-bit Win - Modify Payments] - Modify button should not get highlighted in below scenario
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Employee and generate a payroll (check #1)
2. Create an Employer and create 2 checks for him (check #2 $ 3)
2. Go to Modify Payments screen and select check #3 and Modify to check #5 and save 
3. Now select check#5 and observe Modify button is getting highlighted (should not get highlighted as a 32-bit application)

at least one button highlighting is showing in 64-Bit

[Re-open]: The issue still persists in the Production version 26.0.13.
