[PR 64-bit Win - Modify paychecks] - "Modify button" should not get highlighted in below senario
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Employee and create 2 checks for him
2. Go to Modify Paychecks screen and select check #2 and Modify to check #3 and save 
3. Now select check#3 and observe Modify button is getting highlighted (should not get highlighted as a 32-bit application)

at least one button highlighting is showing in 64-Bit

[Re-open]: The issue still persists in the Production version 26.0.13.

It should not get highlighted as a 32-bit application.
