#2. When we enter zeros in the phone field, like 0025469874, in the CSV file, it comes out only 25469874.

1.Still getting the same issue.

2.The CSV (Excel file) now contains the value, but it is prefixed with `="`, where `=` indicates a formula and `"` denotes a string. These prefixes should not appear in the output.

1. This issue has been fixed.

2. This issue is working fine in Excel and OpenOffice.org. However, Libre office settings should be changed when you open file. It will be coming correct.
