Warning message is not showing as expected while trying to import invalid file

1. In warning message content Record #1: should show 
2. Yes and No Options should show

warning message is not showing by selecting Employee Name and Social Security# import Hours match and select the file that has only Employee name or Social security.

still, the issue exists

#1. Extra characters are shown in the Record
#2. If trying to import with multiple employees then the popup should show one after the other instead of showing in one popup

Record # and yes & no options looks good but entered hour rate coming thrice instead of one time in the following pop up.
