In all forms, the recipient's last name (surname) field does not display in red under the following scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the "Add Recipient" button.
2. Fill in all required fields except the last name.
3. Click "Add Recipient" again to trigger the error message pop-up.
4. Click "OK" on the pop-up.
5. Enter the last name and observe that the field does not turn red, as expected.

The bug has been fixed — after entering the last name post-error, the field now correctly highlights in red as expected.
