[Employer Payments]-The selected fields are not showing after clicking on the proceed button.

#2. The Text file and CSV files are not generating for positive pay report. A 'warning' popup is showing when we try to generate the files.

The issue is there.

#1. The payee name is not displayed in the selected fields when the Positive Pay radio button is selected for the second time.
