[Departments]-The department search option is not working and the clear button is showing in the enable mode when we click on the search option.

#2. The error message "The Department name field is required" appears when we create a new department and press the enter key on the keyboard, and it persists even after clicking the new button again.

clear button is showing in the enable mode it is not an issue
