[Departments]-The department name is not updating properly.

1. When we press the enter key on the keyboard while updating the department's name, the cursor should stop blinking, and the cancel button should be disabled, but it is not.

2. When we update the department name and click the save button, the cancel button should be disabled, but it remains enabled.
