[Employee-Import]-The Imported employees are not deleted. Unable to delete popup is showing.

*. Import the employee import file with YTD values
*. Navigate to the YTD screen, manually delete the YTD values, and click on the save button.
*. Attempt to delete the employee. However, the employee was not removed, and an "unable to delete" error popup was displayed.

#2. After removing the YTD values and saving, if you navigate to another tab and then return to the YTD tab, the net amount is still displayed.

#3. After removing the YTD values, saving them, and then selecting a different employee, if you return to the employee from whom the YTD values were removed, you will notice that the YTD values are still displayed.
