After closing and reopening the application, the previously opened database is not displayed on the dashboard. Instead, the Open Database option is displayed in enabled mode. Expected Result: After reopening the application, the previously opened database should be displayed on the dashboard instead of showing the Open Database option in enabled mode. Additional Note: This functionality is working as expected in the unlicensed application. The issue occurs only in the licensed application.
