When importing a General Journal entry, the application allows amounts exceeding the defined transaction amount limit. Amounts with 13 digits for positive values and 14 digits for negative values should be restricted. Expected Amount Limit: During transaction creation, the application supports: * Positive amount: Up to 12 digits * Negative amount: Up to 13 digits Examples: * '123456789.00' → 12 digits — accepted * '-123456789.00' → 13 digits — accepted Current Import Behavior: During import, the application currently allows: * '12345678901.00' → 14 digits — should be restricted * '-12345678901.00' → 15 digits — should be restricted Expected Behavior: The General Journal import validation should enforce the same amount limits as transaction creation and reject amounts exceeding the permitted digit length.
