    <thetext>The employee search behavior is inconsistent with the presence of the Filter button.

Currently, when I enters an employee name in the search field, the matching employee is displayed automatically without clicking the Filter button. This makes the Filter button appear unnecessary.

STEPS:
=&gt; Create an employer and multiple employees.
=&gt; Navigate to the Dashboard.
=&gt; Enter the name of a specific employee in the search field.
=&gt; Observe that the employee is displayed immediately, even without clicking the Filter button.

Current Behavior:
Search results are displayed automatically as I enter and the Filter button is not required to perform the search.

Expected Behavior:
The application should follow one consistent approach:

 Option 1 (Recommended): If the search is intended to be automatic, remove the Filter button from the UI.

 Option 2: If the Filter button is intended to control the search, the application should display results only after the user clicks the Filter button.
