Navigate to the MISC recipient form. Enter all required details, including the newly added fields 13a and 13b. Save the MISC form. Select Print Form for Recipients and generate the 2UP print form for the MISC recipient. Actual Result The newly added fields 13a and 13b are not displayed in the generated 2UP print form.
