Create a basic setup by assigning coas, vendors, and items across all categories (like zero qty and non-inventory items), then save. 2. Open the item report screen by selecting inventory-related options along with the report-type options. Report type: Omit zero items and include non-inventory options. 3. When the include non-inventory option is selected, zero-qty items are also missing even without the checkbox selected.
